We all at some point in our life have dreamt of living in a castle and satisfying ourselves as we grow with the belief that castles are a wrecked place and nothing like we imagine in our dreams. Well, what if I tell you that there are some castles on earth which are much more beautiful than you have imagined or worth a visit.

#1.Neuschwanstein Castle



Neuschwanstein Castle is a 19th-century castle located on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest BavariaGermany. The castle itself speaks for its beauty. The hills along with the LEACH River located behind the castle add to its beauty. 
Besides this is not just a damp castle with everything dead inside. It is well established from the inside with a royal look.




The castle is also known for its seasonal beauty, especially for the autumn and winter season. 
All the trees near the castle turn red in autumn, the snow in winter crowns the castle and gives a magical view. For these two reasons, the castle is a very popular tourist spot and worth spending money on.

Le Mont-Saint-Michel is a tidal island and mainland community in Normandy, France. This castle is very unique of its kind. The castle is accessible to everyone when there is low tide because during high tide the road that leads to this castle gets submerged in water. During high tide, this becomes like a very mystical castle surrounded by water on every side.


The castle is also known for its light shows. For this reason, this becomes a well-known tourist spot. The castle itself leads to an annual flow of some $63 million into a tiny town of 247 acres, about one-third of a square mile.

The Alcázar of Segovia is a medieval castle located in the city of SegoviaSpain. The fortress is declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Rising out on a rocky crag above the confluence of two rivers near the Guadarrama mountains, it is one of the most distinctive castle-palaces in Spain by its shape – like the bow of a ship. This palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a national monument, and one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal. It is also used for state occasions by the President of the Portuguese Republic and other government officials.

Over the next few centuries, the castle played an important part in several wars. The castle itself is quite destroyed but the presence of gardens within the castle gives the place a willingness to visit once.
