Is coffee good or bad for you? This topic was recently a popular discussion. The short answer for it is no. Coffee or we say caffeine is terrible for your health in short as well as in long term perspective. Wanna know more, here are ten reasons why coffee is bad for you.
1.Insomnia
Caffeine energizes your body. Sounds good? But wait, it is not that good as it sounds. The reality is that one cup of coffee can have effects on your body for 5-6 hours.
Most people drink coffee in the evening or maybe at night. It can cause insomnia by providing energy while you are trying to sleep. It affects your REM sleep which can decrease quality of your sleep.

Studies proved that people who drink more than four cups of coffee have a higher risk of early death. That doesn't sound good. let me make it worst.
They also proved that this death was not due to heart problems, but due to all causes. So it would be better not to take more than one cup per day.

One of the major reason why people drinks coffee is that it makes you feel energetic. It is true but what if I tell you that it doesn't provide you energy. Confused, right. It does so by hormonal changes.
